Appointment1. Please come to your appointment without makeup or completely remove your eye makeup before visiting the salon. Otherwise, a fee of 10 CHF will be charged for the time and products used to clean the eyelash extensions.
2. Do not use waterproof mascara.
3. Do not use eyelash curlers for at least 3-4 days.
4. Do not apply eyelash perm until 6 weeks after lamination treatment
5. Basically appear for treatment without cream and make-up in the eye region.
6. Do not use care products containing oil for 2 days beforehand.
7. Show up on time.
8. WHEN EYELASH FILLING, at least 50% artificial eyelashes must still be present, or it will be charged as a new set.
9. Refills after 4 weeks will be charged as a new set.
10. Please note that work from other studios is always counted as a new set!
