ONLINE APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Dear customers,
we want to ensure that our services are always of the highest quality. We therefore ask you to note the following points:
– After your booking you will receive an electronic booking confirmation by email as well as a reminder by email and SMS,
24 hours before your appointment.
If necessary, please also check your spam folder to ensure you have received all communications.
– If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it. In this case you will be charged 50% of the agreed services.
– Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid costs. If you cancel late, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the agreed services.
– If you do not show up for the appointment (“NO SHOW”), you will be charged the full 100% treatment price.
– Our booking confirmation emails contain a link through which you can cancel your booking yourself.
