At MonyLook, we strive to provide high-quality beauty services and ensure that each client receives individual advice before performing a treatment.
🔹 Return & Warranty Policy
✅ Prior consultation (consultation)
• Before each treatment, we offer a detailed consultation in which we explain the treatment process and choose the appropriate treatment together with the client.
• Therefore, no refunds are possible after the treatment has been completed.
✅ No refund after the treatment has been performed
• All treatments are tailor-made and carried out according to the client’s wishes, which is why no refunds are given after the treatment has been completed.
• Clients are responsible for their decisions during the consultation and give their consent before starting the treatment.
• We accept no liability for allergic reactions or other individual skin reactions, as each person can react differently to products.
• Under no circumstances will refunds be given due to allergies or skin reactions.
✅ Eyelash Extension Warranty – 14 days
• We offer a 14-day warranty on eyelash extensions, which is only valid if the client follows the post-treatment care instructions.
• The warranty covers problems during application, such as premature detachment of the eyelashes due to a technical error.
• The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
• If the eyelashes have been exposed to excessive moisture, oils or unsuitable cosmetic products.
• If the client has rubbed her eyelashes or tried to remove them herself.
• If mascara or other products that affect the glue have been used.
• If the eyelashes have been damaged by external factors not related to the application.
✅ Changes & Adjustments – 7 days
• If the client is not completely satisfied with the result, we offer a free correction session within 7 days of the treatment.
• Adjustments are only made as part of the original treatment, without major changes.
• The customer must contact the studio within 7 days to schedule the adjustment appointment.
• After the 7-day period, all corrections will be charged according to the current price list.
✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling
• The customer must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not result in a refund of the deposit paid.
